Tasting Notes for Tumblin’ Dice Heavy Rye Bourbon 100 Proof
The nose gives oaky/woody notes with cocoa. The mash bill gives strong hits of both sweet and rye spiciness reflecting the mash bill, lots of, dried stone fruit, tobacco, cocoa, caramel and vanilla. Long tasty finish.

This whiskey is distilled in Indiana. Tumblin’ Dice is aged, blended and bottled in KY at 100 proof. Small batch production, average age is at least 4 years old. Mashbill is 60% Corn, 36% rye and 4% barley.
