Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof Bourbon
About Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof Bourbon
Meet the whiskey that beat out George T Stagg in the 2024 ASCOT Awards.
The mashbill is undisclosed, but includes blue corn, yellow corn, rye, and malted barley.
This batch clocks in at 131/132 proof (batch proof varies), but drinks a lot cooler than that.
Discover why Fred Minnick said about this pour: ” The Smokeye Hill win is the greatest upset of any major competition Ive seen in my career. And the thing is, in a blind tasting, professional judges loved it over some of the biggest A-listers in bourbon.”
