The nose is creamy, herbal, and fruity. Softly buttery with vanilla and caramel – liked a freshly baked cherry pie.
The palate is rich and coating: think cherry lozenges, deep oak, rich dark chocolate, and a slightly savory maple sweetness. There’s a lot happening all at once in this palate, which gives a lot to continue to unpack.
The finish is trailing with caramel coated Fruity Pebbles, a long-lasting vanilla pudding and spiced oak.
