The headwaters of the Big Chico Creek are found at the base of Colby Mountain in the Sierra Nevada. The resulting creek meanders through Butte Meadows then drops into Chico and onward to the Sacramento River.
This waterway is filled with rainbow trout and hosts a Spring migration of Chinook salmon. Our rye whiskey tries to catch the experience of a warm Spring day of fly fishing on this creek and the excitement of a rainbow trout rising to your fly.
